Senior Pastor, Dr. Burge Troxel

Burge

Burge has been the senior pastor since 2003. A native Oklahoman, Burge graduated from O.S.U. with a B.S. in Mathematics and went to work for IBM at the Kennedy Space Center, FL on the Saturn/Apollo moon project. A veteran pastor for over 35 years, Burge has earned Th.M. and D.Min. degrees from Dallas Theological Seminary, and has taught at the seminary, college and junior college level. Married for 47 years to his high school sweetheart Darlene, the Troxels have two married children and three grandchildren.

Kevin Barnes and his wife Andrea with their two children, Asher & Nathanael, have arrived in El Reno from Kansas City, Mo.
Kevin will be serving as our Youth Director.
Kevin has served as a lay Youth Director for the last seven years and is pursuing his Master’s degree from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary.
